Frequently Asked Questions

What do I expect will happen during the session?

You can either do a group session or one on one session.

Centering and focus: We’ll start with mindful meditation and stimulating activities to help you settle in and improve focus.

Creative exploration: Each season, we’ll delve into a new theme that inspires us. Together, we’ll create artworks and engage in thoughtful discussions.

Hands-on art: There is no pressure to create something beautiful to display.  During art therapy sessions we rather let inner emotions make their way in  whatever form and try accepting it.  You need not have any prior experience to try our mindful art therapy session.

Join us for a relaxing and enriching experience!
